Appointments

We operate an advanced access appointment system where 30% of our doctor appointments are available to be pre-booked in advance and the other 70% are released each day at 08:30. This system reduces the amount of wasted appointments where patients have not attended.

As the phone lines can be very busy at 08:30 we ask that for all other general enquiries you call after 09:30.

Cancellations

If you are unable to make your appointment time, please let reception know as soon as possible so that it can be offered to another patient.
